We can put together projects that start with a conversation with an engineer and end with the final test and balance work or project commissioning.
Working with your team is also something that we do well. If you are the prime contractor on a project, and we are your subcontractor, we understand the importance of good communication and coordination. We also understand the importance of meeting your scheduling needs.
Working safely is something that we strive to do all the time. Surveying a job site to identify the possible hazards on a job and making plans to work safely around them, knowing the proper procedures for doing a certain job task, wearing the proper gear, and using the proper tools and equipment are all things that are very important to us.
Effective service performed by knowledgeable and skilled technicians and tradesmen is something that Foster Mechanical prides itself in being able to offer to you. Along with years of experience and training, our people are constantly receiving additional training to further their skills. They also receive training to learn how to work with new developments in equipment, materials, and tools.
We are cost conscious. If you have a tight budget, we will work with you to try to find alternatives that accomplish your objectives for a lower cost. If unexpected things come up during the course of doing a contracted project, we strive to be fair in our pricing of change orders.
